NOURISH++ (Heart) , Pune
May 29 @ 4:00 pm - May 31 @ 4:00 pm IST

This 2N/3D residential retreat is an extension of the earlier NOURISH++ program that focused only on Āhāra (food and nutrition).
In NOURISH++ (Heart), you will explore Vichara (thoughts) and Bhava (emotions) in much greater depth. For this event, the theme rises from the sharings of earlier NOURISH++ participants who discovered that they are most drained by mental and emotional stress in their lives, from work, interpersonal relationships, and themselves.
In our experience, the stress usually comes from conflict – with others, self, systems, and more. For starters, for this time, we will explore “Resolving Conflict in Interpersonal Relationships” in some depth. We will do this through an action-based method called psychodrama and the method of Nonviolent Communication. Our co-founder, Monica, a Psychodramatist, Coach & Facilitator, will lead this group work.
Saee and Deepali, the other two co-founders of Poshak Life, will take you through some sessions on Āhāra while nourishing your bodies with nutrient-rich meals. You will also prepare these meals with them to get hands-on experience in making tasty and nutritious food.
And of course, all three will be part of everything that’s going on!
The NOURISH ++ (Heart) retreat is open to anyone above 14 years of age for this time, so they can participate in the psychodramatic exploration.
- Anyone (14+ years in age) who seeks peace and compassion in their relationships.
- Anyone who wishes to explore the idea that health is not only about what we eat, but what we truly digest—focusing on absorption rather than just consumption.
