Being a good listener requires emotional maturity and unconditional acceptance. And it is a skill that can be mastered with regular practice. \nIn the 3.5 hours of the EMERGE session\, you will: \n\nlearn why and how listening is important to nurture any relationship\,\nassess your own listening skills\,\nunderstand what listening involves and does not involve\,\nreflect and assess areas of work for yourself\,\nlearn how to improve your listening skills\,\napply the recommendations through role plays\,\nself-reflect and grow.\n\nWhen: 9 Dec’23\, 2-5.30 PM \nFee: ₹1499/- \nGroup size: 10 max. \nSome guidelines for the workshop: \n\nVideos should be on.\nJoin 5 minutes early.\nKeep a pen and paper handy.\nRecording will not be provided.\nKeep a scarf near you for role-play\, if needed.
