DESCRIPTION:The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. \n– Eleanor Roosevelt \nA vision board is a visual\, feeling-based map of the life you want to move towards … quite different from resolutions\, which can feel like a to-do list. \nA vision board is a collage of images and words that represent your goals\, values and desired way of living\, intended to inspire and motivate you. They tap into the brain’s strong preference for images and can evoke emotion and imagination more quickly than text.​ \nYou place the vision board where you see it everyday\, multiple times. What we focus on is what we ultimately build … that’s the power of manifestation … similar to how sportspersons use visualisation for motivation and direction. \nAs we start the year 2026\, how about coming together as a group to create a vision board for yourself? Join the interactive workshop\, where you will: \n\nreflect on your dreams\,\ndefine a path to get there\,\ncome up with actionable steps\, and\nexperience the future you are walking towards.\n\nWe will use methods drawn from psychodrama\, coaching\, and psychospiritual work for this work. \nWhen: 8 Jan\, Thursday\, 7-9 PM IST \nFee: 1999/- (free for Karwaan members) \nSome guidelines for the workshop: \n\nKeep pens\, an A4 or larger sheet\, colour pencils / crayons /sketch pens\, and old magazines if you’d like to cut out pictures\nJoin 5 minutes early. No entry after 6.10 pm.\nVideos must be on.\nRecording will not be provided.\n\nAbout the Coach: \nMonica is a certified Psychodrama Coach Practitioner. She offers in-person and online personal coaching using psychodrama\, psychospiritual work\, and nonviolent communication as therapeutic methods.
