DESCRIPTION:People are disturbed not by things\, but by the view they take of them. \n– Epictetus \n\nJudgement is not bad in itself. Our judgement is the reason we survive this world\, it keeps us safe. \nHowever\, judgement can also rise from our inability or unwillingness to examine a situation objectively. Then\, judgement becomes a compassion blocker or defence mechanism that harms our relationships and emotional growth. \nIn the 90 minutes of this workshop\, we will use action-based methods to explore: \n\n\nthe roots of judgement\nbehavioral patterns that hurt relationships\nthe role of Observer for emotional maturity\nself-reflection and sharing\n\nWhen: 30 Jul\, Wednesday\, 7-8.30 PM IST \nFee: Pay as You Wish \nSome guidelines for the workshop: \n\nVideos must be on for the trust and safety of the group. If not\, you will be asked to leave the session.\nJoin 5 minutes early. No entry after 7.05 pm.\nBe seated in a quite space as your participation is required.\nKeep a pen and paper handy.\nRecording will not be provided.\n\nAbout the Coach: \nMonica is a certified Psychodrama Coach Practitioner. She offers in-person and online personal coaching using psychodrama\, neuro-linguistic programming\, psycho-spiritual work\, and nonviolent communication as therapeutic methods.
