SUMMARY:From Strength to Possibility - an In-person Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We all have strengths within us. All we need to feel whole is always within us. But situations\, family and social culture\, and experiences can make us question our capabilities. \nIn this workshop\, we will use a psychodrama technique to identify our strengths and explore the possibilities of using these strengths to resolve or manage a difficult situation. \nPsychodrama allows us the freedom to go beyond words and explore our inner selves. What shows up is often surprising. \nThis activity can also become the starting point for inner work\, with various insights coming up during the exercise. \nIf you’d like to experience this\, do join. \nThe 2-hour session will cover: \n\nWarm-up activities\nIdentifying a strength within\nExploring the strength\nSelf-resolution using this strength\nReflections\n\nAbout the facilitator: \nMonica is a certified Psychodrama Coach Practitioner. She conducts online and in-person\, group and individual emotional and mental wellness sessions that employ psychodrama\, meditation\, peer discussions\, and psycho-spiritual work.
