DESCRIPTION:Every Sunday in August we will meet for a group yoga practice on Zoom! \nMindful movement is extremely important in order to remove toxins from the body. \n  \nIn the first session of Props yoga\, \nWe will focus on the postures effective in strengthening the back muscles. \nWe will use easily available props at home like a chair\, a dupatta/ belt and wall to \nbuild the foundation in order to better understand and explore body alignment in the postures. \n  \nJoin me for this hour-long practice to understand and learn simple postures effective in managing \nback-pain. \n \n
