For this event\, the theme rises from the sharings of earlier NOURISH++ participants who discovered that they are most drained by mental and emotional stress in their lives\, from work\, interpersonal relationships\, and themselves. \nIn our experience\, stress usually comes from conflict – with others\, self\, systems\, and more. To launch NOURISH++ (Heart)\, we will dive into our inner world to discover internal conflict. We will do this through an action-based method called Psychodrama and the compassionate language of Nonviolent Communication. Our co-founder\, Monica\, a Psychodramatist\, Coach & Facilitator\, will lead this group work. \nSaee and Deepali\, the other two co-founders of Poshak Life\, will take you through some sessions on Āhāra while nourishing your bodies with nutrient-rich meals.
