Bloom is a 3-day residential program where you experience natural living with whole plant-based meals. We offer a high-raw diet so the body has the time and inputs to cleanse and heal. The sessions and routine are designed to create awareness of our true needs and what we must change to live more joyfully. The program’s goal is to have you experience a model of a preventive and curative lifestyle that will keep you in optimal health for a lifetime.

Imagine doing this in the company of like-minded people, each committed to her/his health and fitness. All this, as you live on a natural farm, surrounded by trees, flowers and shrubs, hear the breeze, birds and the soft hum of bees, and take in the wide blue sky’s expansiveness and the warm earth’s groundedness.

Add to this multiple occasions to sing, dance, joke, hear stories, share experiences, walk, trek, run, gain life-healing knowledge, and just live in the moment!

JOIN US for the 3-day Natural Living for Healing residential retreat at Savera Farms, Sakleshpur, a 5-hour drive from Bangalore. Enjoy the space around you and dive into the space inside you!

How does a whole plant-based high raw diet heal the body?

Being on high raw foods for 3 days gives the digestive system a break from consuming processed foods. Raw foods being high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, aid detoxification by resting the digestive system, hydrating the body, and allowing time and opportunity for the body to heal itself.  This practice also helps to recognize and address food addictions.
