These sessions are only for those couples who have completed at least 12 coaching sessions with me. They are for follow-up work and check-ins.

When a couple enters a coaching room, it is a mark of great courage. It means they recognise issues in the relationship that require intervention. Admitting this is an act of commitment to the relationship. For couples, I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months or 12 coaching sessions. The relationship of two people who have agreed to live and be together is wrought with roses and thorns. It is also a minefield of the unsaid and untouched. Time must be given to explore this space with safety and care.
