A vision board is a collage of images and words that represent your goals, values and desired way of living, intended to inspire and motivate you. You place it where you see it everyday, often, in fact. What we focus on is what we ultimately build … that’s the power of manifestation … similar to how sportspersons use visualisation for motivation and direction.

• reflect on your dreams,
• define a path to get there,
• come up with actionable steps, and
• experience the future you are walking towards.

We will use methods drawn from psychodrama, coaching, and psychospiritual work for this work.
